I started Foundation Restoration after spending more than 20 years working hands-on in the construction and foundation industry. From building new foundations to repairing settling homes, bowing walls, and water intrusion issues, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to diagnose foundation problems correctly—not sell unnecessary repairs.

When I inspect a home, I bring a builder’s perspective to every evaluation. Foundation and waterproofing issues are rarely isolated problems; they’re often connected to soil conditions, drainage, structural loads, and the way the home was originally built.
